Keyboard cursor & type-to-highlight improved

Keyboard cursor

• Cursor always visible, the file under the keyboard cursor is now marked even when it is selected, so you can see where you are inside a selection.
• Own look, the cursor has a frame of its own in Thumbs and Gallery and a line above and below the row in Details, different from a selected file.
• Shown for every key, the mark appears after any arrow, Page, Home or End key, with or without Shift, and after Insert and Ctrl+Space.

Type-to-highlight

• Ctrl+A selects the matches only, the file the cursor happened to stand on is no longer included when you type a name and press Ctrl+A.
• Your selection is kept, files you selected yourself with Ctrl, Shift or Insert stay selected when Ctrl+A adds the matches.
